As a Security Professional - Media Site Patrol in San Antonio, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with employees, visitors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the area using a company vehicle as needed. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the tech, media, and telecom location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
• Document all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities according to site procedures.

• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
• A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred for primarily driving posts and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
