Job Description As a Security Professional - Financial Patrol in San Francisco, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more . As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, assisting with customer service needs, and maintaining clear communication with team members. You will contribute to a positive environment by upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity, and by working collaboratively to support a secure and customer-focused atmosphere. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $34.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Tue 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Wed 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thur 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required. Support emergency response activities according to site protocols, including assisting with evacuations or other urgent situations. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site procedures. Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience, or 2 years of security supervisor/manager experience, or 3 years of security experience. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. California Guard Card is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
