Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our growing corporate talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who brings poise and professionalism to conversations with department heads and Directors across operations, and who thrives in a collaborative, project-driven environment. As a Senior Corporate Recruiter, you will support a range of high-impact exempt-level hiring projects assigned by the Corporate Director of Recruitment. You'll partner closely with the Sourcing Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator to manage candidate flow, offer guidance to stakeholders, and help ensure we deliver a strong hiring experience from start to finish. Primary Responsibilities Serve as lead recruiter on assigned projects, supporting exempt-level hiring across departments and locations Collaborate with the Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to identify strong passive candidates Conduct discovery calls, candidate screenings, and stakeholder check-ins to move searches forward Ensure exceptional communication and service for hiring leaders, particularly at the Director level and above Work closely with the Recruitment Coordinator to manage ATS records, postings, and interview logistics Recommend process improvements and contribute to a relationship-based recruitment culture Occasionally assist in mentoring or supporting junior team members on shared projects Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of recruitment experience, specifically within the hospitality industry Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Comfort in virtual interviewing using Teams or Zoom Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, especially when partnering with senior leaders and property-level directors Experience with ATS platforms and managing candidate movement through shared pipelines Comfortable working on collaborative searches where responsibilities are shared Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through Preferred: Background with a family-owned business or independent hotel company This position offers a flexible work environment, with remote arrangements possible and a preference for proximity to a Kalahari property (Wisconsin, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Texas).
