Description

We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market success of our software and payments solutions. In this high-impact role, you will shape the product marketing function, influence product strategy, and lead cross-functional initiatives that fuel growth and customer adoption. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and work closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing leadership to align on vision, priorities, and execution. This full-time, salaried role is remote-eligible, with a preference for candidates located in New England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap prioritization based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning for product marketing initiatives, aligning with company OKRs and growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic product marketing roadmap that supports product launches, market expansion, and customer lifecycle initiatives.
  • Own the development of differentiated messaging and positioning frameworks for Enumerates product portfolio.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to key personas and verticals.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints, including marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and demand generation teams to define launch goals, success metrics, and execution plans.
  • Drive alignment across teams to ensure timely and impactful launches.
  • Develop and scale enablement programs, including sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and objection-handling guides.
  • Train and support sales and customer success teams on product positioning, competitive differentiation, and value-based selling.
  • Establish feedback loops to continuously improve enablement materials and messaging.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand buyer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Monitor competitor positioning and GTM strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Deliver actionable insights to product and executive teams to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with demand generation and customer marketing to create high-impact content, including blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, and customer stories.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and highlight product impact through compelling case studies and testimonials.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 710 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic role within a B2B SaaS, software, or payments company.
  • Proven track record of leading successful GTM strategies and influencing product roadmaps.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working closely with product, sales, and marketing leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact.
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-app messaging platforms.
