Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects in the commercial and hospitality sectors, including casinos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status and any risks or challenges.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all projects.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and hospitality projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the casino sector.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholder relationships.
