Work Description: Outpatient clinic and interpretation of sleep studies
Clinic Days/Sessions: Monday - Friday
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

Anticipated Procedures/Surgeries per Week: None
Patient Load: Average of 40 patients per week depending on schedule and visit length
Board Status Requirement: None
Certifications Required: BLS
Additional Surgical Staff: No
Additional Support Staff: Yes
Team Composition: Other sleep medicine providers
Mid-Level Providers: Yes, this physician will be available if mid-levels have questions
Trauma Level: 1
EMR System: EPIC (Same for clinic and hospital)
