Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and strategic part-time Content Creator & Social Media Manager to elevate our digital presence and connect our brands with our audience. The ideal candidate will capture the essence of our artisanal home decor and jewelry designs through compelling visual content and engaging storytelling across digital platforms.

Hours & Location

  • Hours: 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
  • Location: In-office (West Palm Beach, FL studio)

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation
  • Photograph and style designs, capturing their unique design elements and craftsmanship
  • Develop high-quality visual content including product photography, lifestyle imagery, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Create short-form videos showcasing collections, design inspiration, and brand storytelling
  • Write engaging captions and copy that conveys our brand voice and resonates with our luxury audience
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok accounts for both brands
  • Develop and implement a cohesive content calendar aligned with collection launches, seasonal trends, and marketing initiatives
  • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
  • Engage with followers through timely responses to comments and messages
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy to increase engagement and reach
  • Digital Marketing Support
  • Assist with email marketing content creation
  • Support digital advertising initiatives with creative assets
  • Collaborate with sales team to highlight featured pieces and promotions

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (luxury home décor or jewelry brand experience preferred)
  • Strong photography and visual styling skills with portfolio examples
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, Planoly, etc.)
  • Understanding of social media best practices and algorithm optimization
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles
  • Passion for jewelry, design, and luxury aesthetics

Required Equipment/Skills

  • Professional camera and basic photography equipment
  • Proficiency in photo editing and basic video editing
  • Strong eye for visual composition and styling
  • Knowledge of jewelry terminology and design principles (preferred)
