Are you seeking a paid college internship? MacAllister Rentals has an extremely valuable opportunity to join our team for the summer as you explore opportunities for life after college. Our internship program provides students with the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience in all areas of business and technical fields. We are a premier Caterpillar dealership known as one of the best equipment dealers in the country!

As we enter our ninth successful year of the Summer College Internship Program, we are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who like to problem-solve, lead projects, participate in key business leader relationships, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

With the hiring manager's support, you will develop a project charter to map out objectives, identify key stakeholders, and establish timelines and deliverables. As an intern at MacAllister Rentals, you will work cross-functionally and across state lines, collaborate with other interns, and participate in various activities and events throughout the summer!

We currently have Summer College Internship opportunities in the following functions:

• Parts & Service
• Technicians

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year program with an accredited college
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May through August)
