DOWNTOWN ATLANTA!!

We are looking for VALET ATTENDANTS! This is a temporary position with room to grow as a permanent employee if you prove you can do the job and be a part of the team!

Duties include-

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Collect and record parking fees accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the valet stand and parking area clean and organized.
• Carefully maintain and operate all parking equipment (e.g. key cabinets, ticket printers).
• Follow all traffic and safety laws while driving or directing traffic.
• Maintain communication with other staff members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Assist with luggage, wheelchairs, or other guest requests as needed.
• Provide information about the hotel or other attractions to guests when asked.
• Anticipate and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with guests promptly and courteously.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in all weather
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
