Echelon Services LLC is hiring for a Word Processor II to help drive our customer's critical mission. Support Given: * Provide management and personnel security/suitability background investigation submission support. * Success is defined as 100% of investigation requests submitted to the PSI-CoE being processed with one of two (2) outcomes: * all unneeded or incomplete investigation requests are closed and/or cancelled; * all required and completed investigation requests are submitted to and accepted by the investigative service provider (ISP). The current ISP is the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) National Background Investigation Bureau (NBIB). Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Three (3 years) of experience with the following tasks: * Process, validate, and initiate security investigation requests * Process incoming mail and hardcopy fingerprint (FP) cards. * Review e-Quip investigation forms (SF-85, SF-85P, SF-86) submissions to ensure compliance with ISP standards. * Provide customer support center(CSC)/helpline services to applicants and requesters.
