LHH is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract role in Albuquerque. The candidate will be required to work onsite and should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This role involves effective communication abilities to handle customer inquiries and payment discrepancies. The candidate will also assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices accurately and promptly.
• Ensure timely receipt of payments and monitor accounts.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare and distribute account statements.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger.
• Generate aging reports and analyze AR data.
• Address customer inquiries and collect payments.
• Collaborate with the accounting team for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of AR best practices and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
