We are currently seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented BAMBU REPAIR TECHNICIAN. It is Micro Center’s core promise to take care of our associates and customers, which has led to our success over the last 40+ years!

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct diagnostic tests on 3D printers to identify and resolve issues

• Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair 3D printers and related components

• Replace worn or defective parts as necessary

• Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet high customer satisfaction standards

• Meet established production goals and deadlines

• Take corrective actions to maintain overall product quality

• Maintain strong attention to detail and adapt to changing priorities as needed

• Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school education or equivalent
• A+ Certification is desired but not a prerequisite
• Experience in the operation, disassembly, and reassembly of 3D printers, or other consumer electronics is desired
