Pride Health is hiring for a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Lebanon, IN 46052. This is a Contract & 6 Months opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

• Prepare examination rooms and sterilizing equipment.
• Room patients, obtain health history, check vital signs and perform EKGs.
• Administer injections and collect specimens.
• Document patient care using NextGen electronic medical record software.
• Schedule appointments, complete prior authorizations, process medication refills, handle referrals, answer calls and complete paperwork.
• Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with minor, in-office procedures.

Must have qualifications/experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Medical Assistant Diploma.
• 1+ Year Recent Primary Care Experience.
• 1+ Year Recent Phlebotomy Experience.
• 1+ Year Recent Medication Administration Experience (Vaccinations).
• Ability to commute to the office location.
• Must obtain certification prior to conversion.

Additional Details:

• Location: Lebanon, IN 46052.
• Shift: Mon - Fri, 7:30am – 5pm (Lunch 12:00 - 1:00), 40 hours per week.
• Duration: 6 Months ( Temp to Hire)
• Hourly Pay: $20 - $22.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
