iSmartStudent is a Canadian ED TECH and TUTORING SERVICES company which combines the best of online learning with remote tutoring support. We have helped thousands of students improve their confidence and grades in Math and English for over 30 years in a multi-national global ED-TECH Tutoring solutions syndicate with 10 plus years in Canada.
We require 2 full-time EXPERIENCED Telesales Consultants on fixed term employment contract or Full-time employment contract to speak with families and show them how our solution will help their children become more confident and improve their grades in school. This is done via Appointment bookings and then online presentation. You will be given company provided leads every week. You are also expected to bringing in your own leads through personal referrals. Training is provided by Sales/ Marketing lead experts in Mississauga, Canada and Melbourne, Australia leveraging remote management practices.
Our ideal candidate has
· Experienced Sales/cold calling/solid sales background in RETAIL/ B2C Sales sectors with solid SALES TARGETS.
· Track-record of over-achieving revenue targets in previous organizations of at least 500k to 1MM$ revenue targets annually in SALES. (These roles are not for INTERNS and FRESHERS please)
· A strong work ethic with excellent process mapping.
· Strong communication stills.
· An ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
· Great listening skills and the ability to analyze responses quickly.
· Ability to learn the company’s product/services quickly and follow directions.
· A neat and professional appearance all the times, at office or virtual office (WORK FROM HOME).
We offer
· Open-door office policy at our office near Square One in Mississauga.
· Ability to WORK FROM HOME or at our office in Mississauga is a MUST.
· Monthly Base salary plus fabulous commission/performance bonuses only for experienced SALES PROFESSIONALS with a targeted Annual Compensation Plan of $60,000 to $90,000 based on Revenue targets achievement. Any SALES CONSULTANT titled EDUCATION CONSULTANT who does not generate $60,000 per annum including BASE, BONUS, COMMISSIONS is not a good FIT in the Solution Sales Role.
· Full training and support
· Work at the office; hours between 12 Noon – 8 pm Monday to Friday, with limited flexibilities for a specific shift as needed per business objectives by Management as we service Ontario to British Columbia with time differences. Flexibility for some of the weekly work hours based on Management Approval ( if needed), without impacting work needs that impact sales achievements.
· Solid growth based on only one metric- PERFORMANCE.
