Job Description

This position will assist the Technology Services staff with the daily functions of campus-wide technology and will provide technical support for students, staff, and faculty in a professional and courteous manner

Responsibilities

• Assist students, staff, and faculty with computer and printer issues
• Help troubleshoot login issues and reset passwords
• Submit work orders on behalf of users to Help Desk ticketing system
• Accompany Technology Services staff on dorm calls as needed
• Assist users with print questions, Office365 issues, and general department knowledge
• Deliver and/or pick up equipment from other offices/classrooms on campus as needed
• Answer phone, take messages, and other general office duties
• Other duties as assigned by Technology Services staff
• Assist with events on campus if needed (SOAR, Admitted Students Day)

Qualifications

• Experience with Office365 required
• Must have basic knowledge of computers and printers
• General office experience needed
• Customer service experience required
• Welcoming, friendly, patient and professional attitude is a must
