Title: Production Supervisor

Duration: 2 – 3 Months – Temp to hire

Location: O’Fallon, MO 63366

Payrate: $33/hr on w2

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift available

Job Summary:

We need someone who is assertive, is good with people, is able to keep production on track and has good leadership skills. Experience in manufacturing Industry.

Assist in the following:

• Oversee the production process.
• Schedule labor hours based on production needs.
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
• Calculate human and material resources needed
• Estimate costs and ensure quality standards
• Ensure that the health and safety guidelines & regulations are followed; investigates accidents in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
• Identify training needs.
• Production design for new customers.
• Prepare reports and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Computer Skills: Order Processing Systems, Spreadsheet Software, Word Processing Software
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work with changing priorities with enthusiasm
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
