Were seeking Landlord-Tenant , Coop/Condo , and General Real Estate Litigators at various levels (3+ to 20+ years) ready to level up in responsibility, earnings, and courtroom impact.

Available Practice Areas:

Landlord-Tenant Litigation (7+ years experience)

Cooperative & Condominium Law (6+ years experience)

General Real Estate Litigation (3+, 5+, 10+, 20+ years)

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead or support real estate litigation from pre-suit through trial and appeal
  • Draft and argue motions, settlement agreements, and pleadings
  • Take and defend depositions in complex disputes
  • Represent clients in NYC Housing Court, Supreme Court, and federal court
  • Handle coop/condo board advisory, governance, and litigation
  • Manage sponsor disputes, construction defect claims, and lien enforcement
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with trial teams or manage your own caseload

What Were Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in New York
  • At least 3 years of litigation experience (higher-level roles require 620+ years)
  • Strong courtroom skills and legal writing expertise
  • Experience in one or more of the following: landlord-tenant law, real estate litigation, cooperative/condominium matters
  • Confidence managing client relationships and complex cases

Bonus Points For:

  • Trial experience (especially in real estate disputes)
  • Knowledge of rent stabilization, the Martin Act, DHCR, or NYC coop/condo law
  • Background in construction law or development
  • Business development success and a client-following
