Who are we?

One of the fastest-growing Keller Williams offices in MN has an amazing opportunity for a Real Estate Recruiter/CEO! This is a Full-Time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, and "non-selling" real estate agent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a leader and will be well-versed in KW systems and business models (this is not a requirement). Relocation to the MN market is required.

Compensation

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Expected First Year Earnings: $140,000+
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) 3 weeks a year
  • Bonuses - Considered after a 60-day period
Compensation:

$140,000 OTE

Responsibilities:

What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Lead the recruitment process : Interview, select, and hire real estate sales associates weekly.
  • Promote our value proposition : Share the Market Center story, growth opportunities, and culture with potential recruits and current associates.
  • Drive associate growth : Work closely with leadership to increase productivity, profitability, and retention.
  • Consult and develop : Engage with the top 20% of associates to support career growth and training.
  • Research and compete : Analyze the competition and craft marketing strategies to strengthen our position in the market.
  • Train and support : Collaborate with staff to create training opportunities and ensure a strong onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
  • Conduct recruiting events, informational sessions, and one-on-one consultations.
  • Maintain regular communication with recruits and newly hired agents.
  • Track recruiting metrics and report progress weekly to leadership.
  • Oversee onboarding and initial development for new associates.
  • Partner with the leadership team on retention strategies and office growth plans.

Communications and Interactions

  • Daily : Engage with potential recruits, associates, and administrative staff.
  • Weekly : Report recruiting metrics and participate in leadership meetings.
  • Ongoing : Foster relationships with prospects and top agents.
Qualifications:
  • 2–3+ years of real estate sales experience; preferably top 5% of their current office.
  • Extraordinary people and communication skills.
  • High-level recruiting and networking ability.
  • Strong goal setting, planning, and accountability focus.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Sales or real estate experience preferred (residential real estate focus a plus).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and social media recruiting tools.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting, sales, or business development roles.
