Job Duties

The Recruiting Coordinator is a full-time, permanent, highly visible role with a focus on candidate recruitment and sales and recruiting administration.

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate individual.
  • Serve as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and cultivating candidate relationships.
  • Maintain organization throughout the placement process and proactively support its progression.
  • Provide high-level customer service by maintaining clear and consistent communication with recruiters, the sales team, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Anticipate needs by analyzing situations from multiple perspectives.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc production reports.
  • Administer candidate testing, perform background checks, and conduct client credit checks.
  • Support recruiters by ensuring a seamless and candidate-friendly recruitment process.
  • Coordinate all aspects of candidate interviews, including phone, video, and on-site visits.
  • Operate independently with minimal day-to-day oversight from management.
  • Deliver a world-class interview and hiring experience while representing the brand and upholding a commitment to excellence.
  • Conduct candidate phone screens and schedule initial interviews.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all tasks to the sales team and/or candidates, maintaining compliance throughout the process.
  • Assist with timesheet submission and approval by communicating directly with candidates and clients.
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance throughout the hiring cycle, and regularly communicate status updates and results.
  • Post job openings on the company website, LinkedIn, and other job boards utilized by Tarvos Talent.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in either an Administrative, Business, or Staffing role. The Recruiting Coordinator will also:
