We are working with an investment management firm seeking a Salesforce Developer for a long-term consulting opportunity. This individual will design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions to enhance business operations and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications and integrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows to build scalable solutions. Enhance existing Salesforce functionality, improving the user experience and ensuring best practices. Utilize Salesforce APIs and third-party tools to integrate Salesforce with other business applications. Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on Salesforce best practices. Analyze system performance and implement enhancements to improve scalability and efficiency. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation. Qualifications: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and the development lifecycle. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Familiarity with Salesforce administration and configuration (Security, App Management, Data Management). Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
