🔧Structural Welder – $28–$33/hr | Shakopee, MN

Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Start at 5AM, 6AM, or 7AM – End at 4:30PM
• 2nd Shift: 4PM–2:30AM
• Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Bonus: Annual bonus potential
• Growth: Path to Lead Welder role

💵Pay & Perks

• Hourly Rate: $28–$33/hr (based on experience)
• Schedule: Two paid 15-min breaks + 30-min unpaid lunch
• Environment: Small structural shop, physically active, no A/C

🛠Responsibilities

• Fluxcore MIG welding on steel bridge components (up to ½" thick)
• Blueprint reading, layout, and fabrication
• Operating cranes, saws, presses, grinders, and welders
• Welding in tight spaces—shop mobility required

✅Requirements

• Strong structural welding experience
• Blueprint reading and fluxcore welding skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, stoop, crawl
• Independent work ethic and leadership potential

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
