La risorsa si occuper di: Gestione dei punti vendita, da remoto, posizionati in diversi resort nostri clienti. Massimizzare le vendite quotidiane attraverso la pianificazione e organizzazione delle attivit. Gestire e monitorare gli obiettivi aziendali di vendita. Garantire la corretta applicazione delle procedure e degli standard aziendali. Gestire il magazzino, linventario e gli ordini. Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Store Manager. Esperienza nelle tecniche di vendita. Organizzazione e orientamento al risultato. Capacit di anticipare i problemi e problem solving. Doti comunicative, relazionali e di ascolto.
